We agree to work together happily and talk openly to get the best pictures and videos possible. It is good idea to have someone that helps the photographer and cinematographer by pointing out the important people and important family pictures. Make sure to tell the photographers about important moments during the event.
We Plan Our Schedule, how we work, and our experience to make sure we capture wonderful photos/videos that everyone enjoys. Both of us need to be on time and work together to get the best outcome. The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Photographer will not tolerate verbally or physical abusive behaviour, nor will photographer share their time, or compare for the attention of their subjects.
Client will receive a confirmation message and a receipt on receiving the booking amount, this message confirms the booking with “Kashmir Wedding Bells”. Any verbal communication does not guarantee a booking if the advance amount is not paid.
All image files captured are in RAW format to ensure high image quality. RAW files will not be given to client under any circumstances whatsoever. These files are large in size and require specialized software to view and edit. Client will receive a selected amount of images in JPEG format only. Video Raw files will not be given to client under any circumstances whatsoever.
The photographer grants the Client a license of use. The Client has permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions: The images taken by the photographer are for personal use only by the client and their family and friends, at no additional cost. The Client does not have permission to use the photographs for commercial use. The photographs are not to be sold. The Client will not have access to any unedited or RAW image files.
The Client may publish photographs to social media if they wish. Images may not be edited or have filters applied to them. The Client agrees to not digitally manipulate the work for public viewing (social networking, website or public photo galleries) and agrees to include a photo credit of “Clicked by: Kashmir Wedding Bells” with each selection of photographs shared.
“Kashmir Wedding Bells” may use images/videos from the shoot to help promote our business, images/videos may be used on, Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Thread, WhatsApp), Marketing Material, Website. Client will not ask to delete the uploaded content once its share on the social media platforms.
OPhotographer cannot control the weather. All outdoor sessions are dependent on weather conditions, and the client will not force the photographer to use their equipment if the photographer deems the weather to be unsuitable. Photographer reserves the rights to stop shooting, and take necessary steps to protect the camera equipment. in the case of bad weather, photographer will not be held responsible for any loss of photographs due to weather conditions.
In case of power outage or lack of electricity for any reason, Photographer reserves the right to stop shooting or capture in low-light conditions with a camera flash / External light source, as this will result in poor quality images or videos.
“Kashmir Wedding Bells” requests that other people do not take photographs during the session. If this does occur, ‘Kashmir Wedding Bells’ cannot be responsible for unusable shots due to distractions from other people’s cameras (i.e. eyes being closed / looking in other direction / flashes from different cameras) and other circumstances beyond the photographer’s control.
All information and discussions between the client and Creative Events Photography are considered confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party.
